How much does personal training cost?
Each in-person session with Kelsey costs $100 and lasts 60 minutes. Start with a free consultation lasting 30–60 minutes to discuss your goals and whether the service fits.
Can I start as a beginner?
Yes. Tell Kelsey about your experience and anything you feel unsure about during the consultation. You can ask about learning movements, building a routine, and choosing an appropriate starting point.

Do I need my own equipment?
Equipment is provided at the Plymouth location. Bring water and wear clothes and shoes you can move comfortably in.
Is this the same as online coaching?
No. This service is a one-to-one, in-person appointment in Plymouth. Online coaching is a separate four-week program with personalized workouts, weekly Zoom coaching, and support between check-ins.
