Educational content

Website articles, recipes, downloads, and social content are provided for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice and do not create a coach-client relationship.

Coaching services

Descriptions and prices on this website are informational and may change. Coaching begins only after Holden Health LLC and the client agree to separate service terms, payment, and any required intake documents.

Member portal and demo

Direct enrollment is currently available to adults age 18 or older. Keep your sign-in links and account access private and tell us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. Use the portal for your own coaching and do not attempt to access another member’s records.

The public demo is a practice experience, not an enrollment or a coaching record. Portal workouts and messages are fitness and wellness support, not medical care or emergency services. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Our Privacy policy explains how website, portal, and coaching information is handled and how to request a copy, correction, or deletion. Account deletion and cancellation of paid services are separate requests.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the website design, writing, downloads, and Holden Health branding belong to Holden Health LLC. You may use resources for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not republish or sell them without permission.

No guarantees

Health and fitness outcomes vary by person. Holden Health LLC does not guarantee a specific result from using website information or participating in coaching.

Six-week group session policies

Cancel before the program starts for your money back. After it starts, missed classes are not refundable; makeups are available within the same session by communicating with Kelsey. Serious illness or injury is considered individually. An emergency coach cancellation will be replaced with an at-home workout.
