Practical nutrition habits

Make food feel simpler, not like another job you're failing at.

You do not need a stricter menu. You need a few useful skills that work at home, at restaurants, during busy mornings, and on the weeks when meal prep never happened.

This might be you

You know a lot about food. Knowing hasn't made it easier.

Nutrition advice is everywhere. Coaching helps you choose what matters, practice it in your own life, and stop treating one imperfect meal like the end of the week.

  • You swing between being “really good” and giving up completely.
  • You want more protein and balanced meals but need practical ways to make that happen.
  • You are tired of tracking every bite or following rules you cannot maintain.
  • You want accountability that feels supportive instead of judgmental.
  • You need food habits that can survive restaurants, travel, family meals, and busy workdays.
What you receive

One skill at a time. Practiced in your real life.

Nutrition and habit support are part of our six-week group program. Standalone nutrition coaching is not available to enroll in at launch. You can also start with the free 21-day habit challenge beginning September 21.

Every membership includes full access to the Holden Health app at no extra cost. Private messaging lets you check in with Kelsey between sessions; group programs also include a shared program chat. Keep your habits, check-ins, and progress together between coaching conversations.

Kelsey uses the Precision Nutrition habit-based approach to help you learn, experiment, and adjust rather than chase a perfect menu.

Within scope

Coaching, not medical nutrition therapy.

Kelsey is Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified and a certified personal trainer. Nutrition coaching focuses on general education, behavior change, planning, and accountability.

If you need diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic diets, eating-disorder care, or management of a medical condition, Kelsey will encourage you to work with a physician or registered dietitian.

Common questions

Nutrition coaching, without the mystery.

Will Kelsey give me a meal plan?

The program is built around skills and habits rather than a rigid menu. You will learn how to create meals that work with your preferences, goals, and routine, including practical choices for eating out without derailing your goals.

Do I have to count calories or macros?

Not automatically. Tracking can be useful for some people, but it is not the only way to make progress. Kelsey's guide to building a protein habit without tracking shows how that can work.

What happens after an off week?

You look at what got in the way, choose a manageable next step, and keep going. There is no punishment or detox. Read Kelsey's approach to getting back on track without a guilt spiral.

Where should I start?
